To think we walk alone in our business journey is all but normal in our humanly sense. For we cannot see the greater picture, when we are the thread. We cannot see the puzzle when we are a piece of it. Perhaps at this moment in time in your earth journey, your soul has chosen to play in union with the separate energetic entity that is the business. The business, not your business.ย
For we may simply be a vessel through which the entity that is the business has chosen to birth into this third dimensional realm that we find ourselves in. Perhaps you have walked a path that has gifted you with deep internal knowings that you are here to share with others. And the business may have it’s own mission it is here to express through you.ย
You may be contracted to work together in relationship, in union- for when you are together your light shines grander than two separate wholes.
That’s right you may not be your business. The business may be a separate energetic entity to you with itโs own human design chart. It may have itโs own mission, strengths and energy it is here to emit. You may be itโs steward and the channel through which it chose to birth through into the physical.
This is not traditional human design stuff that I learnt in any textbooks or heard from any HD experts, this insight has come from my own personal and intuitive experimentation on myself and the experience with my clients. You’re free to let this go if it feels a little too woo woo for you!ย
But through working with my clients in their personal human design charts and their business human design charts, I clearly see a pattern: that we and our business were divinely designed for each other. It gifts you the evolution your soul came here for and you gift it your superpowers to grow.ย
Usually, I’ve found the business energy play a more significant role in company facing brands and non-personal brands (like communities, product based businesses, those who take a more background role). In this case, I’ll use the business human design chart more heavily.ย For other clients where their offers have come directly from their personal experiences, I don’t feel any presence of business energy and in that case we won’t use the business chart, only the personal one. For others, it’s a bit of both; they are the face of the business but they feel it’s a lot bigger than just them.ย
Here’s how to discover your business human design chart if you feel called to this style of experimentation:ย
1. Decide on the birth time of your business.
This is completely subjective. It is best to pick a time that resonates with your soul on when it ‘felt’ like a business to you. It may be when you first got the idea, made your website live, got your first customer payment, or re-brand. Try to find a time stamp on an email or customer message. If it doesn’t feel official or like a business yet, save this exercise for later in your journey.
2. Find your business human design chart.

3. Uncover the union between you and the business design.
There is no “step by step” process to analysing your personal human design and business human design charts. I usually take a look at a partnership or composite chart (reviewing two charts together).ย ย Through my work I have come to find the process of de-coding the relationship like putting pieces of a puzzle together, it takes a mergence of intuition and strategy when looking at all intricacies of the two charts (using my Channel of Acceptance and Channel of Curiosity).ย

As a Generator, the business is here as a builder- it has sustainable energy to play a role in building the New Earth through supporting soulpreneurs to get their magic out into the world. I am here to guide it’s immense energy and gift it my life’s lessons to make fulfilling it’s mission possible. The business has an Incarnation gate of shock: itโs here to be unconventional and break old rules (unlike my grounded self). As you can see, it’s a pretty abstract process but having experimented with this element of human design with my clients so far in my long term program, I feel that it just adds another layer of depth to the strategic and also unseen energetics behind their business and marketing.ย
It’s provided another level of depth when it comes to creating or refining new offers in their product or service suite, changed the game when it comes to branding, and influenced the way they show up in their marketing.ย
